1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 1117bet (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the 1117bet platform at 1117bet.app, you unconditionally accept all provisions contained herein.

1117bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior individual notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent update.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 1117bet, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, instant-win games, promotional bonuses, and any future services added to the platform.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, game, or supplementary policy document, the more specific document shall take precedence for that specific matter, with these Terms governing all other aspects of the player relationship.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 1117bet platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

1117bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 1117bet, you are required to create a registered account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1117bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1117bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any bonus funds. 3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 3.3 KYC Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however transaction limits imposed by your chosen payment provider (e.g., bKash daily transfer caps) will apply. Deposits are typically credited to your 1117bet wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delays, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take 1–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All balances, bets, and winnings on 1117bet are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is performed on the platform. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs applied by their bank or card issuer if applicable.

In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

5.2 Bonus Validity

6. User Obligations

By using the 1117bet platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times:

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at registration and update your account details promptly if they change.
• You must not use the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose, including money laundering, match-fixing, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of games or betting markets.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

1117bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court instruction, or regulatory directive requiring suspension
• Detection of account activity consistent with problem gambling where intervention is warranted under our responsible gaming policy

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Any inaccuracies in odds, results, or statistics displayed on the platform, where such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery

In the event of a system error that results in incorrect odds being offered or winnings being miscalculated, 1117bet reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any payments made in error. 1117bet will notify affected players and process corrections in a timely manner.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1117bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the fitness of any game for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of any third-party content displayed on the site.
